Other non-emergency personnel: ① Red-yellow code personnel in isolation point or temporary control area make an appointment to see a doctor in Red-yellow code hospital through isolation point or community, and the community or isolation point arranges a special transfer vehicle to send them to Red-yellow code hospital point to point, and after treatment, the special transfer vehicle returns point to point, with closed-loop management throughout the process; (2) The yellow code personnel outside the isolation point or temporary control area shall not take public transport, and must go to the red code hospital by themselves under strict personal protection.

2. Before entering the hospital, the red and yellow code medical staff and accompanying personnel shall all carry out "code scanning, temperature measurement and wearing masks" and see a doctor according to the specific procedures and lines set by the hospital. Doctors and accompanying personnel must have negative proof of nucleic acid test within 24 hours. If there is no nucleic acid test result within 24 hours, the pre-inspection triage personnel will guide them to the sampling point for nucleic acid test. In an emergency, patients who need to be hospitalized or operated immediately do not need to wait for the results of nucleic acid detection, and they are given priority in the buffer ward or operating room for treatment.
