There are many small hotels near Zhige Community, all of which are very cheap, usually around 50 a night.

It's very close, and the Zhige Community is just south of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, as shown in the figure. Zhige Community is located in Xiasha Stone Market. Baidu map data is too poor, only showing the stone market.
