I majored in wine management, and practice is the most important. Anyway, whether you learn wine management or not, you can only start at the grassroots level when you graduate to the hotel. If you want to be a manager, you should get a certificate in human resources department or marketing. Our dean says this is still useful, even if you don't do anything else.
