Lu Zhen's life

Lu Zhen, a native of Sanshui and Nanhai, lived in Yanbu, Nanhai in his early years. He has two brothers, one is Lu Xian and the other is Lu Simei, both of whom are pastry chefs. 13 years old, went to restaurants to learn how to make snacks with his master, and then worked in major restaurants in Guangzhou and Hong Kong, such as Oriental Hotel and Dasanyuan, and won many honors, among which the working time in Oriental Hotel was the longest. Oriental Hotel, formerly known as Yangcheng Hotel, is an international five-star hotel. As the chief pastry chef of Oriental Hotel, Lu Zhen enjoyed a high reputation, and his salary was the highest in the hotel at that time, which can be seen. During his stay in Dongfang Hotel, Lu Zhen was mainly responsible for entertaining foreign guests, and was once assigned to make snacks for Ho Chi Minh, then the national leader. While working in Hong Kong, restaurants in Hong Kong tried their best to keep Lu Zhen, but he took care of his wife and children at home and finally gave up his generous treatment and returned to work in Guangzhou. While his brothers Lu Xian and Lv Simei stayed to work in Hongkong. Among them, Lu Xian later founded a number of restaurants, which was a great success, and opened more than a dozen restaurants in its heyday.
