In order to solve the problem of urgent need of teachers for expansion and new schools in our city, according to the Municipal Office of Public Affairs' "Notice on Using the Municipal Primary and Secondary School Staff to Recruit Master's Degree Students from Normal Colleges" and "Open Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region" Based on the spirit of "Implementation Measures" and other documents, after research, our bureau decided to recruit master's degree students from key provincial normal colleges and normal colleges affiliated to the Ministry of Education. This recruitment will be conducted without a written test and will be conducted by an expert panel through interviews and assessments. The basic procedures are as follows:

1. Recruitment process

(1) Interview with the employer. The employer accepts consultation from graduates and has a preliminary understanding of the applicant's basic situation. If it believes that it meets the requirements of the employer's position, is relatively outstanding, and the school is initially interested in inspecting it, it will fill in the "2014 Beihai Municipal Education Bureau Recruitment Master's Degree Interview Assessment Form" and collect applications. Candidates' materials, interview time and location are agreed upon, and the number of interviews is generally determined in a ratio of 1:5 or less based on the number of positions.

(2) Interview. The recruitment interview will consist of a panel of three or more professional examiners. After the interview is completed and reviewed, the examiners must sign the interview score sheet.

(3) Initializing the employment intention agreement. After interviewing outstanding personnel, the decision to recruit will be made after an assessment, discussed with the leadership team of the employer, reported to the Municipal Education Bureau for approval, and an agreement initialed by both parties.

(4) Follow up and understand. For those who have initialed the employment intention agreement, the employer must continue to track and understand the situation. After obtaining the academic graduation certificate, they will go through the formal recruitment procedures according to the recruitment procedures and absorb them as on-the-job public employees of our bureau's public institutions.

2. Interview content and format

This interview will be conducted in the form of lectures and defenses. The interviewer team will select two texts according to the subject requirements and design a set of interview questions. Send it to potential candidates and prepare in advance. The lectures mainly test the candidates' teaching ability level, including professional ethics, psychological quality, instrumentation, verbal expression, thinking quality, teaching design, teaching implementation, teaching evaluation and other related professional knowledge. The lecture time should not exceed 10 minutes, and the defense time should be 5 minutes. During the interview, scores will be scored according to the interview elements, and the candidates to be recruited will be determined based on the scores. The examiner team will also fill in the interview assessment form as required.
