The boring cylinder of this engine is very difficult, because the cylinder diameter is too large, and the nearest distance between cylinders is only 6 mm If another large cylinder is dug, the distance is too small and it is easy to crack.

Check the red mark of the valve.

The red seal of the valve is intact.

Install the double sealing valve oil seal.

Install the locking tab and spring.

The things that have been pulled back need further cleaning, and they can be installed when they are ready.

The key point, boring cylinder, must bore cylinder liner, because it is not round.

Fix the fixture first, haha, it feels like torture, haha.

After digging a hole with 86.5 cylinder liner, look at the cylinder distance until there is 4MM left. This is the last red line of safety.

If you use the 87 cylinder liner, there is only 3MM left, and it will definitely crack.

Leave a step at the bottom so that you can hold the cylinder liner.

Press into the cylinder liner and leave a bucket, hehe.

Continue boring the cylinder and dig the cylinder liner to the ex-factory size of the cylinder.

Finally, the cylinder is finely ground, so that the size reaches the final accurate standard and the surface roughness meets the requirements.

Check the opening clearance of piston ring after pulling back, and the first ring is in good condition.
