There is no rehearsal in life-criticism makes people progress. In today's environment, there is no rehearsal in life. I especially agree that in the past ten years, no matter what you did, whether you started a business or stayed in business, there was basically room for redemption, but now you can't. Needless to say, it is wrong. If you are slow, someone will catch up with you immediately, or even surpass you, making you very passive. To avoid rehearsal, we have to learn from tossing and accepting criticism to promote progress: that is to say, criticism makes people progress: most important things are simple, and people's "tossing" must be honed in countless difficulties and mistakes before they grow. If you want to do well, you have to make mistakes; If you want to grow up, you have to admit your mistakes. Mistakes are not terrible: first of all, our mistakes are clear. Know where you are wrong and learn to analyze the specific reasons for your mistakes. For example, this communication is not in place, which leads to mistakes. Then, specifically, it is a problem of choice, personal expression, process or time. Try to make the problem as transparent as possible, find out what the reason is, and immediately solve it as the operation process of similar things next time. Most personal mistakes come from lack of self-awareness, and management mistakes come from communication and coordination. None of them are caused by one person.
