What should the waiter do if the guest wants an extra bed?

Rollaway service system in lobby guest room

(1) The front desk is responsible for controlling and arranging the number of extra beds in hotel rooms.

(2) When guests check in, if extra beds are needed, the receptionist should indicate the number of extra beds on their check-in registration form, and indicate the cost of extra beds on the registration form and welcome card.

(3) If the guest asks for an extra bed after check-in, the receptionist should confirm the extra bed fee with the guest, and then issue a "Reception Notice". The cashier at the front desk will change the rent accordingly and replace the welcome card for the guests to prove that the extra bed fee has been paid.

(4) After confirming that an extra bed is needed in a room, the receptionist should input the extra bed mark into the guest's check-in information, and immediately issue an "Extra Bed Notice" (in quadruplicate), one for the switchboard, the cashier at the front desk and the reception desk, and the last copy should be signed by the housekeeper and sent back to the reception desk for filing.

(5) When the receptionist receives the information that the guest requests to cancel the extra bed or the housekeeper informs a room to cancel the extra bed, she should issue a "Reception Notice", indicate the names of the guests who canceled the extra bed, stayed in the hotel and changed the rent to the housekeeper and the cashier at the front desk, and make corresponding changes to the guest information in the computer.
