those who violate the provisions of article 9, except as otherwise provided in the preceding two paragraphs, shall be fined not less than nt $1, but not more than nt $5,, and shall be punished consecutively for each time.

Article 28, who violates the first paragraph of Article 12, shall be instructed to quit smoking; If the actor is under 18 years old and unmarried, his parents or guardians shall be asked to make him present.

Those who fail to accept the instruction of quitting smoking without justifiable reasons will be fined NT$ 2, to NT$ 1,, and will be punished consecutively for each time; If the actor is under the age of 18 and not married, his parents or guardians shall be punished.

Article 29 that violates the provisions of Article 13 shall be fined NT$ 1, to NT$ 5,.

Article 3 A manufacturer or importer who violates the provisions of Article 14 shall be fined not less than NT$ 1, but not more than NT$ 5,, and ordered to recover it within a time limit; Those who fail to recover within the time limit will be punished continuously.

vendors who violate the provisions of article 14 shall be fined nt $1, to nt $3,.

article 31 whoever violates the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 15 or paragraph 1 of article 16 shall be fined not less than nt $2, but not more than nt $1,.

those who violate the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 15, paragraph 2 or paragraph 3 of Article 16 shall be fined NT$ 1, to NT$ 5,, and ordered to make corrections within a time limit; If the deadline is not corrected, the penalty may be imposed successively.

article 32 if a person violates the provisions of this law and is punished according to the provisions of article 23 to the preceding article, the person who has been punished and his illegal situation may be announced.

article 33 the penalties stipulated in this law shall be punished by the competent authorities of municipalities directly under the central government and counties (cities) in addition to those stipulated in article 25.
