Why was Pirin Post written as Hannah Quinlivan Post?

According to historical records, when Qianlong made his southern tour through Changzhou, he landed in the city from this big pier three times. There is an inscription of "piling" in Huanghua Pavilion, written by Mr. Wu Zhongqi, a great modern calligrapher. Changzhou was called Piling in Han Dynasty, so the post station here was called Piling Post, which was the Jiangnan Grand Post after Jinling Post at that time.
