Emerson's application has finally passed, which is quite interesting in retrospect. Today I write this face book for your reference:

The first round: written test

My mobile phone is * * *, and I received a written notice from Emerson. I had an interview with Huawei at 3: 30 that afternoon, so I finished it before 3: 00 and handed in both papers. Time is tight and I don't feel very good. I really thought it was over. I didn't expect to receive an interview notice from Emerson the next day.

The second round: technical interview

My interview time is 2: 30pm, on the 4th floor of Fushun Tian Tian Hotel (what a long name, hehe! ) My roommate 1 and I went to the hotel, and HR asked us to fill out the form. This form is exactly the same as Huawei, but the company name is different. By the way, Emerson's HR is really beautiful, and it is estimated that the interviewed brothers should feel the same way. I will say YY again and again when I come back from the dormitory:) Get to the point! Finally, I waited for my interview. On the 12 floor, I found the elevator and went to the designated room. First, I shook hands with the interviewer, who is a young man in his thirties. He thought he was a technician and introduced himself. The interviewer read my resume carefully and felt not very satisfied. The first question comes immediately: the project you are doing seems to have nothing to do with our Emerson company. Why did you apply for our company? The topic can be really difficult, thinking that if this answer is not good, the first side will definitely be rejected. I replied: to be honest, I have been studying for a two-year master's degree for nearly a year, and it takes more than a year to do research. Although what I learned during this period has nothing to do with your company, my main purpose is methodology and innovative research. Through this period of research, I know how to get the information I need, how to carry out research, such as getting their experience from my doctoral brothers, learning common methods from teachers, and how to integrate this knowledge for my own use and innovate, while the specific object of research is not so important. I believe that with my solid foundation (good grades), I will find my place in Emerson in a short time, which shows my ability. The interviewer is very satisfied with this. What if I feel wronged? Wow! Here comes another question. I replied: Emerson is an excellent multinational company with a good training mechanism, whether it is management or technology; Meanwhile, Emerson has a good management system. Although my previous grades were excellent, they were all in the past. Emerson can give me good development opportunities and room for growth. I will show my ability in Emerson and create my value for the company. Because the interviewer didn't know much about my topic, I talked about something else later. At the end of the interview, he saw that my hobby was table tennis, so we talked about table tennis for a while, and then I said that if we had the opportunity to go to Emerson, we could discuss it together. It seems that a person's hobbies can also help you a lot, otherwise there is nothing to talk about later. After that, he asked me to go back to the fourth floor and wait for news. HR called the interviewer and told him to talk about the interview later.

The third theory: competency interview

The third interview was originally 1vs 1. Because there are many people and time is tight, it's my turn to interview two brothers in the same major. The interviewer is JJ (who gave a very cordial feeling, like a primary school teacher) from Emerson's last speech. The interview mainly talked about your advantages, how to choose a company and what others said about you, and then asked us if there were any questions. I feel that both brothers have returned to their own characteristics and performed well. After the interview, the interviewer said that today's interview is over and I will let you know if there is any news. A day later, I received the next interview.

The fourth theory: comprehensive ability interview

My interview time is 1:30 in the afternoon. I take a taxi to Fushun every day, and it costs 1 1 yuan. When I arrived, I saw a brother who interviewed together last time, and then I realized that another brother had also got the opportunity of this round of interview. Everyone is very happy. 1:40 It was finally my turn for an interview, and I entered room 1203. The interviewer is a lady in her forties, and she feels like the biggest boss in Harbin. Like the last interview, I was asked some related questions, but few people asked questions about this topic. Mainly asked some questions about how to solve the problem and your advantages, and then gave specific examples to illustrate your advantages. Ask some questions such as what is the biggest difficulty, how did you solve it, and so on. Suddenly the interviewer changed to English and asked, How do you know Emerson? What do you think of Emerson? I thought this change was too fast. The interview notice didn't say today was an English interview, and the brother who interviewed before didn't have an English interview either.

But there's nothing I can do. I have to bite the bullet. I replied that I knew Emerson because I went to Shenzhen last year, and I also knew Emerson online. Emerson is a world-class company with good management system and technical ability. I dream of working for Emerson one day. Then the interviewer asked in English: Many companies in Beijing and Shanghai have better development space. Why did you choose to apply for Emerson in Shenzhen? I replied: I choose a company and don't pay much attention to the work place and salary. What I mainly value is the company's development potential, the company's training mechanism, whether I can find my proper position in this company, give play to my abilities and improve my abilities at the same time. I don't remember the third English question. I changed it into Chinese and asked about my career development plan and so on. Finally, I specifically asked about the company's specific positions and work, as well as the working environment. Because I think our technicians spend most of their lives in chairs, and the working environment is definitely good, which is conducive to health. Then the interviewer told me that he would give me news in 2-3 days. I went back to the house where I reported the case. HR told me I needed to do a test.

The fifth theory: intelligence test

This test lasts for 33 minutes. The first big question: Fill in the blanks with intelligence figures. Fill in two blanks in each question, using the law of arithmetic, using the law of interval arithmetic, and so on, one ***20 articles, 8 minutes. The second big question: logical reasoning, it seems to be 30 questions, 10 minutes. The third question: graphic selection. There are big triangles, small triangles, round ones and square ones. Anyway, there are many kinds. Need to find out the arrangement of graphics, each question needs to fill in two graphics, as if a * * * is also 30. HR has reminded us to do as much as we can, which is generally endless. Time is really tight. I did 19 for the first big question, 20 for the second big question and nothing for the third big question. I feel dizzy. Time is up, HR will come to collect the papers at once.
