Market supervision departments in all districts should strengthen food safety supervision of alternative feeding units to ensure feeding safety.

(3) Give full consideration to the special catering needs of "four types of people", Muslims, vegetarians and other groups in isolation points, and meet them in the form of "one-on-one" and "opening a small kitchen" conditionally; If there are no conditions, you can choose high-quality catering units to provide "one-on-one" services to strengthen food safety management.

(4) Strictly carry out regular meal supply and delivery at isolation points, so as to reduce the food safety risk caused by long-term food detention caused by irregular meal supply and delivery.

(five) the isolation point should bring its own meals, and the employees should manage them according to the requirements of the isolation point staff.

(six) foreign catering service units that provide meals at isolation points must be equipped with relatively fixed food delivery personnel, and at the same time do a good job in health monitoring of food delivery personnel, and it is strictly forbidden to take up posts in spite of illness; Equipped with special delivery vehicles and special vehicles, clean and disinfect the delivery boxes, vehicles and transportation tools before and after each meal delivery to ensure that the vehicles meet the transportation safety and food safety; Disposable materials should be the first choice for food packaging to be shipped, and they should be destroyed by isolation points after each use to reduce the risk of "character transmission".
