SLS Las Vegas Regional Center Project

SLS Las Vegas Regional Center Project is an EB-5 investment project designated as the target employment area (TEA) by the Nevada government authorized agency. It is a Las Vegas regional center provided by ADF and designated by USCIS (USCIS approved 20 10), and it is an international investment project jointly sponsored by Stockbridge Company and SBE Company of the United States. Only 15% of the total project cost comes from EB-5 investment, and EB-5 investors will create 377% of new jobs (each EB-5 investor will get 37 jobs (27 more jobs than the requirement that EB-5 projects create at least 10 jobs to obtain permanent resident status in the United States).

Daqiao Real Estate Investment Company /SBE Entertainment Company (the "Project Company") will be responsible for renovating the original Sahara Hotel and operating the renovated SLS Las Vegas, making it an unprecedented luxury hotel casino. The project covers an area of 2.2 million square feet, all equipped with first-class facilities and decoration, creating a new quality of life entertainment and holiday resort.
