Enter qunar. com first. Then log in to your reservation account.

After logging in, we found my order in the upper right corner of the webpage.

Put the mouse on my order, and in the pop-up drop-down menu, we select the order type. For example, if it is a plane ticket, then click on the plane ticket to make a reservation.

In the ticket order, we can see the ticket order we have booked. At the end of the order information, we click the Refund and Change button.

At this point, the page will prompt us whether to continue to cancel the order. After we reconfirm, click the refund button below.

Here we choose the reason for the refund, which can be selected according to the actual situation, and then click Submit.

Finally, a prompt window will pop up on the page to confirm whether we should continue to refund the ticket. We click OK, and you're done! ! !
