When will the 2017 Handan College Admission Notice be issued:

2017 Handan College School After the admission process is completed, admission notices will be mailed to candidates and parents one after another. Under normal circumstances, the Handan University admission notice will be sent out by registered mail in mid-to-late June, and it is expected to reach the majority of candidates around 2-10 days. The mailing address is the correspondence address filled in when registering online.

Registration address: No. 530, Xueyuan North Road, Handan District, Handan City (Xueyuan North Road and 100 meters east of the intersection of Fuxi Street and north)

Bus route: Take bus 13, 28, 45 or 58 from the railway station or West Long-distance Bus Station and get off at Handan University Station;

Take bus No. 11 from the high-speed rail station, transfer to buses 13, 31, 45, 57, and 58 and get off at Handan University;

Take bus No. 67 from the East Long-distance Bus Station and get off at Mingren Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Station. Go to the south gate of Jinlong Hotel and go straight east to enter the school;

Take bus No. 13, 25, 31, 45, 58 in the city and get off at Handan College Station;

Take the bus in the city Get off bus No. 28 or 57 at Yude intersection, go straight east from the south gate of Jinlong Hotel and enter the school.

Registration time:

The registration time for undergraduate freshmen is September 11th-12th; 8:00-18:00.

The registration time for junior college freshmen is September 12; 8:00-18:00.

The school will pick you up at the high-speed rail station, train station and long-distance bus station from 8:00 to 17:00 on the registration day.

Students who are unable to register on time due to special reasons must state the reason in person and have it confirmed by their school of origin. They must complete the leave application procedures with the Academic Affairs Department of our school before enrolling. Those who fail to register without reason will have their admission qualifications cancelled.

Accommodation fee: 800 yuan per student per academic year for a 6-person room and 600 yuan for an 8-person room. A uniform fee of 800 yuan will be charged upon admission, and any overcharge will be refunded within one month. In principle, candidates from the three districts in Handan City (including Gaokai District) will not be arranged to live on campus.

Instructions for new students to apply for household registration:

1. Freshmen can voluntarily choose whether to go through household registration transfer procedures.

2. When applying for a household registration, freshmen need to submit: household registration transfer certificate (handan city students should bring their own household registration page), a copy of their ID card, a copy of the admission notice, and a recent one-inch black and white head photo, which must be submitted before enrolling. Please hand it over to the Household Registration Office of the Security Office of the college and move it to Handan College.

3. The names on the household registration, ID card and admission notice must be consistent (same pronunciation and same characters). Previous names are not allowed. If there are any errors in the household registration or ID card, please change them at the original police station before moving. If the student's registered permanent residence is in school, there will be no change procedures.

4. The ID card code and the household registration transfer certificate code must be consistent.

5. Those who have not applied for an ID card must indicate "ID card not yet applied" on the household registration transfer certificate, and stamp it with a special household registration seal.

Any candidate who impersonates, commits fraud, or cheats to obtain admission qualifications will have his or her admission qualifications cancelled, and the above-mentioned payment will not be refunded.
