How to distinguish the grades of green tea?

The grades of green tea are from high to low: special grade, first grade, second grade, third grade, all the way to tenth grade.

Among them, special to third-grade teas are high-end teas, which can be used for gifts and personal tasting; fourth- to seventh-grade teas are mid-range teas, generally used for family drinking on weekdays, and are used in better teahouses, restaurants, and hotels. Entertaining; from the eighth level onwards, there are large pots of tea that belong to ordinary restaurants, guest houses, and teahouses and only serve tea flavor, simply for quenching thirst and relieving heat. However, grades 9 to 10 are generally no longer produced or marked with grades because they are too inferior.

High-end tea will be further subdivided out of necessity, such as "special grade AAA", "first-class A grade", "third-class AAA", which are divided on the premise of large grades, " The more A's, the better the quality, with three "A's" being the limit. Since Hangzhou produces high-end tea, the city has added an extra grade to green tea—high-quality tea, which is ranked before special grade.

In addition, if we distinguish according to the picking time, Mingqian and Yuqian tea are high-end teas, and those picked after that are ordinary teas (summer tea is the worst).
