What are the Sri Lanka travel guides worth buying in Sri Lanka?
Sri Lanka is a very beautiful place. It is an independent island nation. Anyone who travels frequently will know this place. I want to know this country. So this place is a good presence.
Itinerary reference After the exploration and planning of predecessors, the itinerary in Sri Lanka has basically formed a relatively inherent routine. Due to the war in the northern region, the recovery was not very good, so General Lanka arranged his itinerary in the central, southern and eastern regions, thus forming a natural ring structure. As for whether to play clockwise or counterclockwise, it all depends on the individual. Of course, I think clockwise is more scientific. Because Lion Rock and Horton Plains, two places that require a lot of physical exertion, are located in the central region, so if you play in a clockwise direction, you can walk from these two places first when you have more energy, and finally return to the south. Do some relaxing on the beach. Sri Lanka is a very beautiful place. It is an independent island nation. Anyone who travels frequently will know this place. I want to know this country. So this place is a good presence.
So in the end we arranged a standard clockwise itinerary, Colombo - Nigambu - Kandy - nu vole Elijah - Elle - Mirissa - Galle - Colombo, because we only had 8 days , plus the 2 days of round-trip flights, there are actually only 6 relatively complete days in Langka, so this trip is already very fulfilling. If you have enough time, you can arrange it for about 10 days.
The specific itinerary is as follows
1: Shanghai - Hong Kong - Colombo - Negombo (in order to save costs, I chose Hong Kong to transfer. The disadvantage is that it is already midnight when I arrive in Colombo 2 Ordered. )
Day two: Negombo - Elephant Orphanage - Lion Rock - Kandy
Day three: Temple of the Tooth - Royal Botanic Gardens - —Kandy City
Day 4: — New Ilia, Kandy (take the famous Alpine Tea Garden Train), visit the tea garden in the afternoon.
Day 5: - the center of Nuwara Eliya, Halton Plains
Day 6: Nuwara Eliya - Mirisha (this section of the tea plantation The train was abandoned because the train was late)
Day 7: Mirissa - Galle - Colombo
Day 8: Colombo - Hong Kong - Shanghai
About visas Sri Lankan visas are currently electronic visas. You only need to provide your passport and visa fee. You can get your electronic visa in 1-3 working days. Remember to print it out and take it with you. Specific application address: http://www.eta.gov.lk/slvisa/. The website provides Chinese services, so it is not difficult to apply.
About currency: Sri Lankan rupee is a small currency, and it is difficult to exchange it in advance in the country. There are also very few RMB exchange businesses locally, so you must remember to exchange it for US dollars before departure, and then exchange it for U.S. dollars at Colombo Airport or town. rupee.
About sockets: Lanka’s sockets are quite special, that is, they are neither European nor British standards. It is a South African standard socket, so you must remember in advance that you have to buy an improved one in China. Universal adapters may not include this standard adapter. Generally speaking, the hotel may provide it, but this time we basically stayed at a B&B, so we bought it in advance.
About accommodation and transportation: Lanka’s public transportation system is relatively complete. There are shuttle buses between major cities, with more time and frequency, and the price is very cheap. But a serious problem is that there is no air conditioning in the car, and Lanka is hot and humid almost all year round, so it is still difficult to take a long-distance bus. Especially in the middle part of the country, which is mostly mountainous, the high temperatures and continuous curves can easily make people get carsick. Therefore, if you consider using the public transportation system all the time, you must be fully prepared mentally and physically in advance.
Lan train: Compared with buses, trains are relatively comfortable. Although there is no air conditioning, the air circulation in the cabin is still good because it is always running. Of course, Lanka’s trains have become an indispensable item for our tourists to experience the local culture. However, we need to remind you that if you arrange your train experience on the weekend or Monday, you need to be prepared to be squeezed into a meat pie and not have a seat for 3 hours. (That’s what we do. We want to cry.)
Tutu cart: Tutu cart is the most important short-distance transportation in Lanka.
All scenic spots in the city can be solved with Tutu, but be sure to negotiate the price with the driver before getting on the bus.
Chartered car: If you have a generous budget, chartering a car is also a good choice. At least it can make the whole trip much easier and more comfortable. If you need to go to Horton Plains, chartering a car is also essential. It usually departs at 4 a.m., so you need to book a chartered car in advance.
About accommodation Accommodation in Lanka is not very expensive. Generally, B&Bs for 2-300 nights come with breakfast and the rooms are relatively clean. However, when booking online, be sure to check if the room has air conditioning. If there is no air conditioning in the room, it will basically be too hot to sleep.

Tip: Although there is a bus from NE City to Horton, it is a long way to get to the nearby villages, so it is recommended to charter a bus. Cars can drive into the starting point of the activity plain hiking, and the driver needs to pay the entrance fee. The admission fee for a four-passenger vehicle is different from that for a vehicle with four or more people. Few people recommend chartering a jeep.
