What is hotel SWOT analysis?

SWOT analysis is an analysis of a company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. During the analysis, all internal factors (including the company’s strengths and weaknesses) should be brought together and then used External forces are used to evaluate these factors.

Strengths: Think about what your company does well. In what areas do your competitors do better, fill them in realistically. Then analyze what advantages your company has over other companies.

Disadvantages: Analyze the areas where your company is not as good as others. In particular, analyze the areas where your customers often complain and the services or products that your company currently cannot provide to its competitors. As well as the sales services that the company cannot provide, and the aspects of the company's sales team that are not fully satisfied, etc.

Opportunities: Find out some of the unrealized advantages of your company. These are part of the company's opportunities. Evaluate whether potential opportunities arise in the future. The key is to find out if there are any areas that your company can do now that other competitors have not yet done.

Threats: Look at whether there are any potential factors inside or outside the company that could damage the company's business. Internally, whether your company has existing or potential financial, development or personnel problems. Externally, whether your competitors are becoming stronger and stronger, and whether some of your company's strengths have the tendency and possibility to turn into weaknesses.
