To go to Lantau Island, you can take the direction of E23 airport, get off at Tung Chung (where the fire station is located), turn right after getting off, cross the road and go directly to citygate in Tung Chung, which is the largest brand-name discount store in Hong Kong and next to the 360 cable car station. You can take a cable car to the Lantau Giant Buddha, which is expensive and beautiful, or you can take a bus, which is cheap, but not so beautiful. There is a shuttle bus to Tai O at the bus stop. I suggest you visit a small fishing village in Hong Kong. It's enough to visit here for a day. By the way, there is Disney near Tung Chung.
