Check-out process of all-season hotel

1. Before leaving the hotel, guests need to make preparations, including sorting out their personal belongings and settling the consumption expenses at the hotel.

2. Guests check out at the front desk, fill out the check-out form and confirm the expenses that need to be settled, including room rate, catering fee, telephone fee, laundry fee, etc.

3. The guest needs to pay the required settlement fee, which can be paid by cash, credit card or other payment methods.

Hotel staff will check whether there are any items left by guests or damaged facilities in the room to ensure that the room is intact.

5. After checking out, guests can leave the hotel. The hotel will ask guests to return their room cards and parking cards to the front desk staff.
