On the food map of China. There are always some places that are relatively low-key, such as Jiangxi. In fact, the foundation of Jiangxi cuisine is very deep, and there are many street snacks. Although unpretentious, the following small series still recommends Jiangxi time-honored cuisine. Please see below for details.

1, the lotus pond is located on the Pingshui River in Pingxiang, named after a lotus pond. 19 15, after studying Hunan cuisine for 9 years, Zheng Songtang returned to his hometown and founded the "Lotus Pond Side" restaurant. Knowing the spicy characteristics of Pingxiang people, Zheng Songtang "based on Hunan cuisine and combined with Pingxiang local flavor", and his unique taste has won recognition from dignitaries, rich gentry to the people of Limin.

2. The Prince Tower was created to commemorate Mr. Jiang Jingguo's unforgettable historical memory in Gannan. The three-story building renovated in 65438+ 1930s and 1940s has experienced many vicissitudes, but it has been well preserved. The specialty dishes in the store are Millie Wang, Arrow Egg, Golden Plate and Silver Bridge, especially Prince Village, which is tender, spicy and fragrant. I strongly recommend this book, which is surrounded by photos and stories related to Mr. Jiang Jingguo. This is a restaurant with a story.

3. Sanjiang Mansion Sanjiang Mansion was founded in 1993. The original site is in the west section of Dagong Road, Ganzhou City, with a business area of only over 200 square meters. On 1998, it was moved to the east section of the highway, and changed its name to Sanjiang Lou Hotel, Hakka Cuisine (Ganzhou), with a business area of more than 800 square meters. Since the establishment of 1993, the location and area are changing, but the taste has never changed. Sanjiang Tower has always stood at the forefront of inheriting and promoting Hakka cuisine in southern Jiangxi, adhering to the characteristics of traditional Hakka cuisine that pays attention to nature and authenticity, and constantly excavating the essence of Hakka food culture in southern Jiangxi.

Jingchun Pavilion is an ancient historical town in Jingdezhen. It is not surprising that there are so many century-old shops. The most famous one is Jingchun Pavilion. Jingchun Pavilion is known as the "Edible Museum". The furnishings in the store have a sense of history, and the artistic conception of small bridges and flowing water. Even the name of the store was inscribed by Emperor Qianlong. Kumquat sirloin is a specialty here. Cut the beef brisket and stew until the meat is rotten, and the thick gravy is accompanied by the fragrance of kumquat. Even if you eat a large portion, you won't feel bored.

5. Muslim Wanhua Building Muslim Wanhua Building is located at No.343 Minde Road, formerly Wanhe Building, and is the only large Muslim restaurant in Nanchang. Wanhe Building was founded in August of 190 1 year by Zhou Jin, a Hui nationality. When it was founded, it was located in Mozi Lane near the Temple of Fire in Nanchang. Wanhelou started by selling green tea, and then operated snacks such as beef soup powder and beef offal soup pot. In 1950s and 1960s, as one of the "eight major restaurants" in Nanchang, the Muslim Flower House became a household name. After several storms, Wanhualou finally returned to the original Muslim restaurant from instant-boiled mutton, and the overall decoration was brand-new and full of ethnic elements.

6. The name of Liang Yilong was founded in 1937. 1997 Liang Qibiao, the second generation descendant, inherited the original flavor and absorbed and integrated the essence of North and South cakes, making "Liang Yilong" cakes more sweet, delicate and crisp. In February 2003, the trademark of "Liang Yilong" was awarded "Famous Trademark of Jiangxi Province" by the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce, and was awarded "Famous Trademark of Jiangxi Province" and AAA-level enterprise again in 2006. In the same year, it was awarded "China Time-honored Brand" by People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Commerce.

7. Pinxiangzhai "Pinxiangzhai" is a century-old shop in Nanchang and the only Chinese time-honored brand in Nanchang. Established in 1859. At first, it was no different from other twist shops, but also made salty twist and sugar twist, until the clever shopkeeper made egg yolk twist according to Jiangnan people's habit of liking sweets and sesame oil. The villagers in Shili Baxiang fell in love with this bite, and many dignitaries became frequent visitors to the store. What is even more amazing is that the twist of "Pinxiangzhai" went abroad in the Qing Dynasty and was sold to Southeast Asia. 1982, as a famous traditional product in Jiangxi province, egg yolk twist entered the capital and became an instant hit, even being put on the dining table of the Great Hall of the People.
