Notes for VIP tour groups

A VIP tour is not a private tour guide with no more than 12 people.

The guests will visit Universal Studios Singapore for 5 hours.

We provide VIP tour guide service all day. Please check the departure time with the VIP travel reservation office.

Guests must book VIP tours 48 hours in advance.

We provide English and Chinese tour guides. If you want to book a tour guide in other languages, please contact the VIP tour guide reservation office for details.

Terms and regulations

Vip visits are provided on a first-come-first-served basis.

The VIP visit will be carried out as usual, rain or shine, and guests are not allowed to ask for extension or refund.

Guests must arrive at the VIP reception desk of Universal Studios Singapore at least 15 minutes in advance. Latecomers may miss some VIP trips.

Guests must inform the VIP of the travel reservation 24 hours before the departure of the trip, otherwise the full cost will be confiscated and non-refundable.

The VIP tour price does not include the activities of Universal Studios Singapore, and the activity fee will be paid separately.

The 10% retail discount cannot be used with other promotional discounts of Universal Studios Singapore.

For your safety, children under 7 years old must be accompanied by adults.

Minors aged 7 to 18 must be signed by their parents or legal guardians.

In order to enjoy the scenic spots, all guests must meet the corresponding height requirements.

Renew membership

Members can renew their annual/semi-annual cards two months in advance. You can renew your membership at the tourist service counter outside Universal Studios Singapore. If you have any questions, please email attractionspass@rwsentosa.com.

Reissue membership card

If you accidentally lose your membership card, please go to the travel service counter to reissue it. The handling fee is 10 SGD.

Upgrade your one-day ticket.

Go to the customer service counter of the scenic spot and upgrade your one-day ticket to the annual/semi-annual card of the scenic spot, so that you can save more by spending money to play.

Terms and conditions (tickets/attractions membership cards/coupons, including electronic version)

Not to transfer others, sell or return, including but not limited to activities beyond the control of Sentosa Scenic World; Government acts, force majeure, riots, strikes, natural disasters, smog or bad weather (regardless of severity).

Once altered, damaged or defaced, it shall be deemed invalid.

It is only suitable for admission during normal business hours of the park, and cannot be used during special activities.

The normal business hours of the park may change at any time without notice.

If you want to enter Universal Studios Singapore, Water Adventure Park and S.E.A Aquarium again that day, you must provide manual stamp and tickets.

Please take care of your belongings. We are not responsible for any damage or loss you have in Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A Aquarium or Water Adventure Park, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or other reasons.

These places are under surveillance.

In order to provide a safe environment for tourists, staff and marine animals, Resorts World Sentosa will conduct safety inspection on all personal belongings and/or handbags.

If you violate the tour guide published by the park, tourists may be seriously injured or driven out of the scenic spot.

It is forbidden to take food and drinks with you.

Dress appropriately throughout. Don't wear strange clothes, don't doodle in the park, and don't wear a mask. Visitors wearing strange clothes will be banned from entering the park gate.

Eating, smoking, flash photography and video recording are completely prohibited in all amusement facilities of Universal Studios Singapore.

Do not use motorized or wheeled mobile equipment, including but not limited to scooters, roller skates, inline skates, unicycles, scooters, bicycles, tricycles and trolleys.

Parents should supervise and accompany their children all the time to ensure their safety.

In Universal Studios Singapore, remote-controlled aircraft are not allowed.

Unless approved in writing by Sentosa Resorts World, it shall not be used for promotional purposes.

Priority certificate

Prices and participating attractions may change at any time without notice.

Visitors should keep the priority card properly before leaving the scenic spot.

All pre-sale tickets purchased online or through www.rwsentosa.com must be printed as physical tickets (each ticket uses a separate A4 paper). Specific amusement facilities need system verification.

Universal Studios Singapore's priority card right does not apply to Amber climbing wall, battlestar galactica's first row of double-track roller coaster, magic wheel, sky flight and treasure hunters.

Holders of Adventure Park Priority Pass and Universal Studios Unlimited Priority Pass must wear wristbands immediately at different purchase and redemption locations. All holders of Priority Pass for Adventure Park and Universal Studios Unlimited Priority Pass must wear wristbands when redeeming/purchasing.

Admission must follow the relevant regulations of each scenic spot. Tickets/gift certificates are revocable vouchers. Once the paid tickets are refunded, we can deny visitors access or provide relevant rights. Within the scope permitted by relevant laws, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may happen to tourists, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or other reasons; Accordingly, once tourists use this ticket, it will be regarded as agreeing to exempt us from such responsibilities.
