How to arrange your trip in Shaoxing

Plan for light luggage that can be carried with you:

Day 1: Passenger Transport Center - Route 29 - East Lake - Route 137 - Lu Xun's Former Residence (Shen Garden) - Lunch (Xiao Xianheng) - Cangqiao Zhi Street - Evening (City Square)

If you get off at the Passenger Transport Center, take bus 29 to East Lake. After visiting East Lake, take bus 137 and get off at Renmin Road intersection, then walk It’s a short walk to Lu Xun’s hometown. Remember to take your ID card to get free tickets at the door, and you can have fun in Lu Xun’s hometown. Xianheng Hotel is right at the end of Lu Xun’s hometown. A full plate of authentic Shaoxing dishes and stinky tofu costs only 10 yuan. Shen Garden is not far from the hometown of Lu Xun. If you have time, you can go there. It is a beautiful garden and the love sanctuary of Lu You and Tang Wan.

One end of Cangqiao Straight Street is connected to the city square, where you can start shopping. From Xiaoxianheng to City Square, you can take Route 2 (or Route 32, 303a, 303b, 303c, Route 106, Express 116, Route 5) and get off at Hualian Shopping Center Station. Follow the road between Hualian and City Square until you reach Slimei, and turn left to Cangqiao Straight Street. It’s good to stroll around the city square or Jiefang Road Commercial Street at night.

The next day: City Square—Anchang Ancient Town—Passenger Transport Center

Take BRT Line 2 from City Square (City Hall) to Textile City Hospital Station, and change Take bus 268 and get off at Kehua Intersection Station. To return to the passenger transport center, take bus 268 to Guanshu Community Station, transfer to bus 88 to Chang'an Chengdiao Huandao Station and then walk to the passenger transport center.

ps: The first day was spent in the urban area. The urban area of ??Shaoxing is very small, and East Lake is relatively far away. It takes about half an hour to drive, and other scenic spots are very convenient. The next day we will visit Anchang Ancient Town, which is about an hour and a half drive from the city. You can spend a whole day to fully experience the flavor of old Shaoxing.
