Where is the town of Huining?

The town is far east of Huining. According to the inquiry, Huining belongs to Gansu Province, and zhenyuan county is located in the east of Gansu Province, southwest of Qingyang City, east of Yan 'an, the holy land of revolution, south of Xi 'an, the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties, west of Lanzhou, the provincial capital, and north of Pearl Yinchuan.
