I am planning to go on a self-guided trip to Yunnan in January. Can you help me plan it?

If nothing else, let me provide you with a route. I have been there

First of all, Chengdu-Lijiang, you are missing an important node, Panzhihua

After staying in Chengdu for one or two days, I took the train to Panzhihua and stayed in Panzhihua that night. I recommend "Liyuanxiang" as it is definitely the best restaurant in Panzhihua. You can try the salted dishes, which are very unique. Stayed at Chuanhui Hotel, the best in Panzhihua, listed with four stars, booked with Ctrip, 100 a night. The next day, Panzhihua-Lijiang, about 6 hours, along the Jinsha River, the scenery is absolutely unparalleled. When the expressway opens in 2012, we will no longer be so lucky. You can choose to stay in Lijiang that night. After exiting the bus station, walk to the left and walk across the road. There are two good hotels. The next day I went to Shuhe Ancient Town (recommendation, because I personally think Shuhe feels very good, and Dayan has a strong commercial atmosphere). I stayed at the Happy Time Inn for 70 a night. The boss was very nice. It should be more cost-effective. You can stay for 3 days, just stay in the big yard. Shangri-La is nothing, just check out Shanghutiao or Zhonghutiao along the way, Tibetan area. You arrange this yourself. Then there’s Dali. Take the bus from Kunming to Dali, don’t take the train, it’s troublesome. I live in the ancient city of Dali. I don’t recommend this one. Although there are some particularly good ones, don’t advertise them. If you need more, just ask me. During my three-day stay, I would go to Yiheng Hotel and Cang'erchun to eat, anything like fried snail meat with sauce. It’s also time to rest and take a look at Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. You can make your own arrangements. Banna is in the south. I've never been there, so I can't talk nonsense, but I heard that Ruili is pretty good. There is not much to do in Kunming, but eating Guoqiao Rice Noodles, Qiaoxiang Garden or Jianxin Garden are both good. Then you can take a look and ask if you have any questions. I can’t think of too many.

By the way, the black goat in Lijiang must be recommended. There is a street where I recommend the Ashou black goat (because I have been there and it is great). It is absolutely delicious

If you have any questions about the itinerary, please feel free to ask. I have been to all mainland China except the three northeastern provinces and Fujian
