How to install carpets in billiards hall

Carpet laying mode: Carpets have two forms: block carpet and roll carpet, with different laying modes and positions.

Movable laying: refers to putting the carpet on the base and not fixing it with the base.

Fixed laying: There are two fixed ways for fixed laying. One is to fix the card strip and pull the carpet with a barbed board; One is adhesive fixation, which uses adhesive to stick the carpet to the floor.

Basic technology of carpet floor decoration.

(1) Clamping and fixing method: base cleaning → carpet cutting → nailing barbed board → cushion → joint → leveling → fixing carpet → trimming → repairing carpet surface → cleaning.

(2) Sticking and fixing method: ground treatment at the grass-roots level → actual setting out → carpet cutting → glue scraping and air drying → silver pressing → cleaning and protection.

Key points of construction: Before paving, measure whether the corners are square and accurately record the angles. According to the calculated blanking size, thread is tied and cut on the back of the carpet. The barbed board shall be laid and nailed firmly along the wall, and the barbed board shall be 8 mm away from the skirting board. At the joint, the two carpets on the back of the carpet should be glued together with tape. First of all, we should trim the uneven fluff at the joint and rub the fluff at the joint repeatedly until there are no seam marks on the surface. When bonding and laying, scrape the glue for 5~ 10 minutes. When the glue dries and becomes sticky, it can be laid. After the carpet is laid, the carpet should be leveled with a pulling pin and hung on the barbed board. After being glued, the carpet is flattened and the air bubbles are pressed out with a felt roller. Cut off the excess carpet edges and clean the pulled fibers. When you cut the carpet, you should cut it along the warp of the carpet, only the weft, not the warp. For a carpet with a backing, you should separate the fluff on the front, find out the warp and weft, and then cut it.

Precautions: Pay attention to the protection of finished products. Glued carpets are not allowed to be trampled at will within 24 hours. Carpeting requires higher ground. The ground must be smooth and clean, and the moisture content shall not be greater than 8%. The skirting board has been installed, and the clearance between the lower edge of skirting board and the ground should be 2 ~ 3mm larger than the carpet thickness. Accurately measure the room size and calculate the blanking size to avoid waste. After laying, the carpet must be tightened, flattened and fixed to prevent future deformation.
