Which is better to travel to Semporna, Capalai or Madagin?

Personally recommend Capulet. The waterscape in Kapalai is so beautiful, and there are many big fish. Ma Dajing is also good, and there are beaches, less water features, less big marine life, and good corals. But I still like snorkeling or deep diving in Kapalai, and it would be better to have a chance to go to Sipadan.
