How to connect the white, red and black wiring of the hotel shared charger?

Hotel chargers are available in red, white, empty and black. The colors of the four wires in the data line are generally: red, white, blue, black or red, white, green, black and so on. As long as there is a red black line, in general, red represents the charging positive electrode and black represents the charging negative electrode. The red one is connected to the black and white line charger, the white one is connected to the black one, and the white one is not connected when it is empty.
