What is the certificate of hotel management examination?

Hotel management needs to take the CET-4 certificate, accounting certificate, human resource certificate, front office service certificate, room service certificate and restaurant service certificate.

1, CET4

It is organized by the Teaching Steering Committee for Foreign Language Majors in colleges and universities, and is generally held in April every year. Those who pass the exam can get the CET-4 certificate of English major in colleges and universities.

2, accounting qualification certificate

Room service division refers to the personnel who clean and tidy rooms in hotels, guesthouses, tourist passenger ships and other places, and provide services such as welcoming guests and accommodation. There are three levels of room attendant qualification certification, namely junior room attendant (professional level 3), intermediate room attendant (professional level 2) and senior room attendant (professional level 1).

The Ministry of Labor and Social Security officially launched the national professional qualification certification program for hotel managers last year.

According to the project plan, the training contents include hotel management foundation, hotel catering management, hotel room service management, hotel service quality and safety management, hotel marketing and customer organization. The teaching method will be based on the combination of theory and practical cases, training and exam-oriented guidance. Students who study 120 hours, pass the national unified examination and pass the qualification examination will receive the professional qualification certificate of hotel manager assistant or hotel manager issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. This certificate is common in China.
