I lived in Huaxia when I first came to Guangzhou. The correct name should be Huaxia International Business Hotel. The superior double room booked through Ctrip, more than 400 a night, feels good. As far as personal experience is concerned, the advantages are: the room is clean and tidy without peculiar smell, the service attitude is good, all kinds of household appliances are available, the location is good, and the transportation for eating and shopping is convenient and quiet. Disadvantages: the room is small.
