Wuhan to Guizhou travel guide and recommended scenic spots routes

It is a long way from Wuhan to Guizhou. You can go by plane, high-speed rail, or train. If you want to drive yourself, you can also choose a self-driving tour, so that you will have a more comfortable and happy time. Let’s introduce it in detail below.

Day 1: Wuhan-Guiyang-Qingyan Ancient Town

It is a hot summer day. Train tickets from Wuhan to Guiyang are difficult to get, the cost is high, and the journey time is long. We chose to fly to Guiyang. The first stop is to visit Qingyan Ancient Town, stay there, enjoy the night view of the ancient town, and eat the famous Qingyan pig trotters, pastries, and rice tofu.

Morning: Wuhan Tianhe Airport - Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport (10:05-11:55)

Afternoon: Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport Qingyan Ancient Town (take Airport Bus No. 5 Line and get off at Qingyan Station, 1 hour)

Guqing Town: one of the four ancient towns in Guizhou, located in the southern suburbs of Guiyang, built in the 10th year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1378). Originally a military fortress, it is the first national 5A tourist attraction in Guiyang City and one of the second batch of historical and cultural towns in the country. It has a history of more than 600 years, a profound cultural and historical heritage, and attractive regional characteristics. The ancient town has four city gates and is surrounded by ancient city walls. Climb up the city wall and look out from a high place, overlooking the whole town, giving you a three-dimensional beauty that is hard to see in other ancient towns. In addition to numerous temples, Qingyan Ancient Town also has a Christian church and a Catholic church. Multiple religions coexist harmoniously, forming its unique style. You can also enjoy the performance at Ciyun Temple in the United Scenic Area.

PS: The airport bus arrives at the west gate of Qingyan Ancient Town. We live in the center of the ancient town. There is still some distance from Ximen and you have to be picked up by the boss ~ otherwise it would be a bit tiring to drag your luggage to visit the ancient town.

The next day: Qingyan Ancient Town—Guiyang Hongyun Hotel

On the third day of the itinerary, "Huangguoshu Waterfall", Guiyang Hongyun Hotel near Jinyang Bus Terminal was chosen to stay. From Guqing Town to Jinyang Bus Terminal, you need to transfer to Huaxi Bus Station (the journey takes about 2 hours). In order to buy gifts, we chose to go shopping at Wal-Mart near Huaxi. Friends who have time can choose to visit Qianlingshan Park. Qianlingshan Park does not require tickets. There are monkeys in the park, so watch your bags. It is said that the monkeys there are not afraid of people.

Day 3: Huangguoshu Waterfall

There are many trains from Jinyang Bus Terminal to Huangguoshu (about 2 hours by car), but It is said that there is no bus to Huangguoshu in the afternoon~

If you want to pay attention to your friends in the afternoon, you must know about the shuttle bus.

Huangguoshu is crowded during the peak season, so you need to make reservations in advance at different times to enter the park.

Tickets: Sightseeing bus scenic area 130/person (tickets are valid for two days)

Accommodation: Huangguoshu Heyuan Hotel (the sightseeing bus bus stop is at the door, so accommodation in the scenic area is too Expensive, so this is the reason why we chose this hotel)

Huangguoshu Waterfall: I thought Huangguoshu Waterfall was mentioned in the primary school text, and I always wanted to see its beauty, and now my wish has come true. The scenic area is very large and there are many side roads. It is recommended to go sightseeing

Huangguoshu (middle): Looking at the waterfall from Shuiliandong is thrilling. Last summer, rainbows mostly appeared in the afternoon, and we caught up just in time~ ps: You need to wear a raincoat when going to Shuiliandong, otherwise you will be splashed by water. We brought it from home. The road to Shuiliandong is very narrow, so we must pay attention to safety ~

Doupotang (recent): At the end of the 86 version of Journey to the West, the master and apprentice cross the river to visit the scenic spots.

The order we played: Tianxing Bridge, Huangguoshu Doupotang

Day 4: Huangguoshu-Mawei

On this day, in order to go to Libo Seven Small Archway, I transferred from Anshun to Mawei.

You may ask, why take the train to Mawei? Then let me explain. It takes about an hour to take the train to Mawei, and then from Mawei to Qixiao Torifang. If it takes 2 hours to get from Huangguoshu to Guiyang, it is estimated that it will take 4 hours to get from Guiyang to Seven Small Arches, a total of 6 hours. Therefore, taking the bus from Huangguoshu-Guiyang-Libo is almost the same as taking the train: Huangguoshu-Mawei-Libo. With the time change, the train is still more comfortable, but the price may be slightly higher. no way. Libo is really too far away.

Is it easy for us to travel alone? It's too difficult.

Current location We caught up early in the morning The bus arrives at 8 o'clock. We arrived at 7 small arches around 10 o'clock. After checking in, we started playing.

No matter where you live, it is recommended to go to the scenic spot at 10 o'clock. Seven Little Arches is a very big place, and the tour time is 3-4 hours, excluding the boating time in Yuanyang Lake (because we did not row).

Day 5: Xiaoqikong

This day is another day It was a transit day from Libo to Qianhu Miao Village in Xijiang.

The scenery of the Daqikong Bridge Scenic Area is not as beautiful as the seven small archways. The Daqikong Bridge Scenic Area is still under development. It is recommended to return the same way.

Morning: Visit the Daqikong Bridge Scenic Area.

Afternoon: Libo-Xijiang; take a direct train to the scenic spots

Seven Little Arches is a combined ticket, which can be visited for 2 days. There are additional charges for the recreational activities inside (for example, boating on Yuanyang Lake is charged per person).

Day 6: Daqikong—Xijiang

Xijiang Miao Village: It is currently the largest Miao village in China and even the world. At night, the lights of Xijiang Miao Village shine deep in the mountains. From a distance, it seems to be moving. A beautiful day starts from early morning and ends at dusk.

After a late sleep and a good meal, Kai Train tickets from Li to Wuhan are not easy to buy during the peak tourist season. We chose to transfer in Changsha and eat some stinky tofu in the middle.
