First of all, the occupancy rate is the percentage of all rooms that have been opened.

2. Calculate the occupancy rate: the number of rooms opened divided by the total number of rooms opened multiplied by 100%.

For example, out of a total of 100 rooms in the hotel, 20 rooms have been opened, that is, 20/ 100* 100=20%.
