Fuyan Temple is a thousand-year-old temple. Fuyan Temple is located in Shimen Town, Tongxiang City, and originally belonged to Shimen County (namely Chongde County). Yang Wanli, a famous poet in Song Dynasty, praised Fuyan Temple in the middle section of Chongde Road. In the early Ming Dynasty, Zhu called Fuyan Temple "Thousand Riding Pear Clouds" in Twelve Poems of Yuxi. During the Xianfeng period of Qing Dynasty, the doctor of the Ministry of Family Xu lingered in his hometown Xiao Temple, with yellow leaves and willow shadows, and named it Xiao Temple Zhiyun, which was one of the twelve scenic spots in Yuxi.

Flowers and trees are widely planted in the park, especially osmanthus trees, which are mostly transplanted from nearby osmanthus village.
