Can Meitu group bookings be refunded after check-out?

You can check out, but you will not be refunded.

After booking, you can cancel the reservation, but cancellation needs to meet the following requirements:

According to Meituan’s service guarantee, there is a cancellation guarantee only in the following situations.

1. Meituan promises not to charge any additional fees for refund services. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, we will actively cooperate with the hotel to avoid your losses as much as possible.

2. Unsubscription guarantee for special reasons: You can unsubscribe or assist in modifications after providing proof of special reasons. Special reasons include death, hospitalization, fracture of a resident, death or hospitalization of a parent, child or spouse, etc.

3. Force majeure cancellation guarantee: If the itinerary is canceled or changed due to force majeure, Meituan will refund the fee or difference.

4. 15-minute free refund: Unconditional cancellation service, free within 15 minutes after order confirmation (only applicable to products with a "Quick Return" label).
