1. Zhenfengyuan wontons

Zhenfengyuan wontons are a famous traditional snack in Huai'an City. Zhenfengyuan Restaurant was founded in Shanyang County, Huai'an Prefecture in 1872, the tenth year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty. (today's Chuzhou, Jiangsu Province), selling popular dishes such as wontons, pot stickers, and sugar porridge. After generations of chefs continuously improved their techniques and improved the taste quality, Zhenfengyuan Rice Wontons became famous far and wide.

2. Huai'an Pucai

Huai'an City specialty, national geographical indication of agricultural products. Pucai is especially produced in the Tianfei Palace in the southwest corner of the ancient city of Huai'an (today's Huai'an District). The vegetable is as white as jade and is tender and fragrant. The product is white, tender and rich in nutrients. Stop dividing the plants after the white dew. After the beginning of winter, the above-ground stems and leaves wither and turn yellow, while the underground parts overwinter.
