Lin Zexu's Story Luo Hao

When he learned that the West Lake was occupied, which affected farmland irrigation in Fuzhou, he resolutely stood up. With the consent of Sun Erzhun, then Governor of Fujian and Zhejiang, and Han Kejun, then Governor of Fujian, Lin Zexu wrote the Notice on Clearing the Boundary of Xiaoxihu Lake in Fuzhou.
