Panxi Restaurant is a national premium restaurant with many branches across the country and is a famous Chinese restaurant. It is located on the bank of Liwan Lake in the western suburbs of Guangzhou City. Together with Beiyuan and Nanyuan, it is known as the three major garden restaurants in Guangzhou. The restaurant was designed by Mo Bozhi, a famous Chinese garden architect. In 1983, eight delicious snacks were named famous snacks by the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government.
