Introduction to Panxi Restaurant
Panxi Restaurant is a national premium restaurant with many branches across the country and is a famous Chinese restaurant. It is located on the bank of Liwan Lake in the western suburbs of Guangzhou City. Together with Beiyuan and Nanyuan, it is known as the three major garden restaurants in Guangzhou. The restaurant was designed by Mo Bozhi, a famous Chinese garden architect. It brings together the characteristics of Lingnan gardens and the essence of its decorative arts: the exterior is whitewashed with black tiles and green banyan trees; the interior is winding and rich in layers. The entire restaurant consists of a rockery fish pond, a winding corridor, a peninsula restaurant in the middle of the lake, a seafood restaurant, etc. Its layout is well-proportioned, and the scenery of Liwan Lake makes the surrounding scenery even more picturesque. Panxi Restaurant has a technical team represented by the country's best pastry chef Luo Kun, outstanding pastry chef Liu Huiduan, special chefs Fan Hanhong and Yang Hai, young chefs Feng Qiu, Lin Yangming, banquet designer Wu Daijin, etc. . In the 1960s, chefs led by Luo Kun used the food platter method to accompany dim sum with pictographic patterns and lace, which allowed dim sum to break through the tradition of being only used as tea snacks and become part of the banquet, becoming a veritable "dim sum feast". Now, dim sum feasts have been adopted by the catering industry in some big cities across the country. In 1983, eight delicious snacks were named famous snacks by the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government. They are: Green White Rabbit Dumplings, Raw Snow Pear Fruit, Crane Quail Mille-feuille Cake, Honeycomb Egg Yolk Cornice, Deep-fried Soup Dumplings, and Crystal Prawns. , Pantang water chestnut cake, fragrant apple leaf horn. In addition to maintaining traditional and innovative Cantonese cuisine, the current Panxi Restaurant also adds Sichuan, Shandong, Huaiyang, Chaozhou and Asia-Pacific (regional) cuisine, making Panxi Restaurant initially a "food garden" integrating culinary excellence. In recent years, Panxi Restaurant has also won the honorary titles of "Chinese Time-honored Brand" National Tourism System Quality Service Unit, Guangdong Provincial Advanced Enterprise, Guangzhou Civilized Service Demonstration Unit, Guangzhou Health Model Unit, and Guangzhou Famous Trademark.
