(3) The nightclub only represents the scope, not the internal layout.

3. Design requirements for the first floor of the hotel:

(1) The area of ??the open space in the first floor lobby should be 600~800 square meters. There should be no pillars within 10 meters from the entrance. It is advisable to decorate the lobby.

(3) In the passenger elevator area, consideration should be given to avoiding direct sight lines to the general information desk.

4. Design requirements for the second floor of the hotel:

(1) The second floor of the hotel is generally used for catering functions, including Chinese restaurants and flavor restaurants.

(2) Western restaurants can be set up in big cities such as Beijing and Shanghai; hotels in prefecture-level cities do not have flavor restaurants, only Chinese restaurants.

(3) The hotel’s Chinese restaurant should have 8 to 12 private rooms; there should be at least one luxury private room with an area of ??more than 100 square meters, and the dining table should be more than 25 to 30 people . All restaurant private rooms in the project must have a serving room, preferably with a bathroom.

(4) For riverside hotels (such as Fuzhou, Wuchang and other riverside projects), the restaurant should be placed on the fourth floor with an outdoor viewing platform, and the wellness section should be placed on the second floor.

5. Design requirements for the third floor of the hotel:

(4) A bathroom with sufficient area should be considered.

(5) A cloakroom should be considered.

(6) The net area of ??the grand banquet hall is about 1,300 to 1,800 square meters depending on the city, and can be divided into three medium-sized conference halls at the same time.

(1) In principle, the fourth floor of the hotel is for recreation and sports functions.

(3) The SPA club should be designed according to the full-suite model of Litiantangren, with 5 to 7 sets according to the area, each set is about 150 to 300 square meters. Each set includes sauna and SPA functions, as well as single rooms and chess and card rooms. The hot and cold pools are 500 meters above the ground and 500 meters lower.
