What are the design principles for a five-star hotel lobby?
1. General plan design requirements:
(1) In the general plan, the hotel should be located in an important location, close to the main road of the city, and should be set up independently.

2. Design requirements for the underground part of the hotel:

(3) It is advisable to set up a medium-sized conference room of about 250 to 300 square meters, and about 8 small and medium-sized conference rooms, which can be on a different floor than the grand banquet hall.

(5) A cloakroom should be considered.

9. Design requirements for hotel supporting facilities:
(1) Where multiple freight elevators in a hotel are located in one core tube, they must be arranged together and must not be scattered.
(2) The equipment room in the hotel podium should be placed on the mezzanine as much as possible to occupy less effective area.
(3) All air conditioners use four pipes.
(4) The cold and hot water supply pipelines in the hotel should be set up separately.
10. Hotel floor height design requirements:
(1) The height of the lobby on the first floor should not be less than 12 meters (7.5 meters), and the height of the hotel should be increased appropriately for waterfront hotels.
(2) The floor height of the banquet hall shall not be less than 10 meters.
(3) The floor height of guest rooms should be 3.6~3.8 meters.
11. Other design requirements for hotels:
