First, the basic conditions for enterprises to return to work

1. If the enterprise returns to work before the provincial epidemic level response is lifted, the enterprise must set up a leading group for epidemic prevention and control headed by the main person in charge, and form a special class to be responsible for epidemic prevention and control.
