How does Jingxing grape taste?
Jingxing No.20 (American strain): a fresh-eating mid-late maturing variety (matured in Beijing in mid-August) with long fruiting time (fruit does not drop for 45 days after ripening). Grape vines can resist the low temperature of MINUS 30 degrees without being buried in the open field for winter. The fruit is purple, the fruit grain is larger than rosacea (about 20mm in diameter), the single grain weight is about 5 grams, and the ear weight is about 450 grams.
Grape No.20 has a special mixed flavor (the sugar content was measured from August in Beijing to the beginning of 10, and the sugar content was between 15- 17%). It is a dual-purpose variety for fresh food and juice making, and has been regionalized 10 years in some areas of China.
