Baiyun District Science and Technology Creative Park is also called "Guangzhou International Unit Creative Park".

It is one of the important projects after the Fourth Plenary Session of the 10th Baiyun District Committee. The Science and Technology Bureau of Baiyun District seized the goal of developing eco-airport economy put forward by the district committee and government, solidly promoted the "double transfer" and actively promoted the work of "retreating two into three" and "changing cages for birds". Guangzhou Zhide Commercial Management Co., Ltd. invested 80 million yuan to transform the old factory area of Changzheng Leather Shoes Factory, the former leather industry company, into a commercial form. The first phase of the project covers an area of about 20,000 square meters, with a construction area of 42,000 square meters. Its orientation is to build a 5A-level workplace serving international business elites and local creative industries in Guangzhou, and to highlight the concept of "Baiyun International Creative Business Oasis" in design concept. It is planned as four functional areas, including: international business office area, creative industry area, serviced apartment and mixed business.

The whole park is developed in four phases. The first phase of the international unit is positioned as an ITO enterprise park for design, R&D and high technology. , covering an area of 20,000 square meters and a building area of 42,000 square meters, was successfully launched in 2009; The second phase of the international unit is positioned as a KPO enterprise park such as industrial design, online games and animation. , covering an area of 56,000 square meters, with a construction area of 6,543.8+0.4 million square meters, opened at the end of 2065.438+02. The third and fourth phases of the International Unit are being planned and designed. After the completion of the whole park, the total construction area will exceed 400,000 square meters.
