How to solve the noise problem of hotel fans

1. The noise control of the fan exhaust port is generally carried out by installing a fan muffler, and the designed noise reduction is about 25db(A). According to the specific noise of the fan, the designed noise reduction amount may be different. In order to effectively reduce the air noise of equipment and the regenerative noise caused by high-speed airflow, we installed an impedance compound muffler at the smoke outlet. The lower part is the resistance part, which mainly strengthens the functions of reducing low-frequency noise, reducing pipe diameter and diversion; The upper part is a resistive muffler with matrix structure to increase the net air outlet area.

2. According to the equipment site, relying on the installation platform and surrounding walls, sound-absorbing and sound-insulating covers are installed above the four equipment, and the sound-absorbing and sound-insulating covers are designed with sound insulation capacity of 25dB (a);

3. Use sound insulation felt to wrap the fan oil fume pipeline, and at the same time use spring bracket to reduce the generation and spread of pipeline vibration and noise.

4. The channel of the fan duct wall should be filled with sound insulation and vibration reduction materials to ensure that the vibration of the duct will not affect the wall. Just in case.
