How to decorate the hotel lobby?

1. The lobby is the center of the hotel, where the hotel provides the most services for the guests, such as check-in and check-out procedures, financial settlement and foreign currency exchange services, luggage pick-up and drop-off services, information and message services, taxi reservation and arrangement services, valuables storage and luggage storage services, and other services required by the guests.

2. The public * * * area of the lobby (excluding the main service desk, shopping malls, business centers, lobby bars, cafes and other business areas) is calculated according to the number of rooms, and each room is not less than 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2m2 on average, with a minimum of 250m2 and a maximum of 400m2. Generally, the lobby area of large-scale, high-grade and large-scale conference hotels is large, but the maximum amount should not exceed 2m2 on average.

The main service desk is the center of the hall activities. It should be located at the front door where you can see it at a glance, and the length is generally 8 ~ 12m. The hotel can reach 16m, and don't accept it at both ends.

4. There should be an office behind the main service desk for the front office staff to work, conduct financial night audit, store materials, copy, fax and computer, and the business department should also be located here for business contact. The suitable area is 50 ~1100m2.

5. The valuables storage room is adjacent to the main service desk. Guests and staff take two entrances, and the guest entrance is as hidden as possible.

6. The location of the lobby manager is where you can see the gate, the main service desk and the passenger elevator hall.

7. The concierge desk is located in the guest room area or in the process of connecting the elevator hall with the hotel gate.

8. The rest area can be convenient for guests to wait and play a role in guiding and regulating the flow of people in the lobby. It is best to set up near the main service desk and extend to the lobby bar or other business points to guide guests to spend.
