The Sacred Heart Cathedral of Shishi has almost all the elements of a Gothic church. All the walls and columns of the church are made of granite, and it is one of the most magnificent Gothic buildings with two spires in China.

The church not only has many sharp and exquisite spires, but also has many sharp structures in the local and detailed parts of the building, which makes the whole church full of upward momentum and presents a sense of ascension and solemn religious atmosphere.

Above the arch of the facade, there is a huge stone carving with a diameter of 7 meters, which is colorful, beautiful and fascinating. The style and digital modeling of the Rose Window have strong religious significance. As the sun rises and sets every day, it changes its brilliance, colorful and dazzling.

Besides, the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Shishi is a representative of the combination of Chinese and Western cultures, and many designs are ingeniously integrated with China cultural elements according to local conditions. For example, rainwater flows down the pilaster through the lifelike animal head. As a water outlet, the animal head is favored by traditional buildings in China, but its use value and architectural art are in harmony.
