Get up in the morning and sit on the balcony, make a pot of tea here, taste it, look at the green in front of you, embrace the passing wind and breathe the fresh air. At that moment, I made up my mind, why not hold it in my arms and have this garden full of green.

But in fact, growing tea is not that simple. Although it looks like clusters, it can be said that it is very particular.

The location of Tianzhifu is located in Liyang, Changzhou, where there is not only less industrial pollution, but also a unique natural environment, suitable temperature and sufficient precipitation. Even the terrain is suitable for the hilly and mountainous areas where tea grows, which not only ensures the maximization of the area, but also makes the drainage system of the whole base very scientific and can effectively avoid floods. Coupled with acidic red soil, it is difficult to grow good tea.

The best here is our "white tea". Although its name is "white tea", no one thinks it is actually a kind of green tea.

Its roots and seedlings are imported from other places, and then scientifically upgraded and improved according to the local natural growth environment and soil characteristics. We grow "white tea" ourselves. Of course, the essence of white tea in the market cannot be unified, and its white color is innate, which not only makes tea rare, but also reflects the influence of natural environment on it. Of course, the most important thing is artificial cultivation and maintenance.

When tea grows, weeds or other plants will appear in the field, and we need to get rid of them to prevent the nutrients absorbed by tea trees from separating from the land.

At this time, we will wear old clothes and hold tools such as sickles and hoes, shouting "Labor is the most glorious" and join the weeding team.

Of course, pay attention if possible, because a pheasant and a rabbit may run out from somewhere, and it would be a pity to miss it.

Don't think that fertilization is not needed. On the contrary, when growing, it is necessary to ensure that the tea garden has enough feed, which is vegetable cake and chicken manure.

Whenever grain and oil stations or chicken farms have goods, we will go there to collect a batch, which will provide sufficient nutrients for the soil and provide green growth for tea trees.

When I was in Tomb-Sweeping Day, my mood was the happiest, because I think everyone will feel relaxed and happy when they see the green mountains. Tea, which is born in harmony with heaven and earth and drunk in the mountains in an orderly way, will be spread out in an all-round way and is a good painting of nature. I often get lost in the vast tea leaves. Although they are all dwarf tea trees, they will disappear when you go deeper.

Tea trees are covered with green buds, which suck up all the nutrients between heaven and earth and are full of vitality. When you are close to it, the sweet taste is refreshing.

At this time, it is time for the grandmothers to perform. They stood in a row in the tea garden, carrying bamboo baskets, and put qualified tea leaves in according to the picking requirements of "one bud and one leaf" with years of experience. Sometimes they chat and gossip, and when they are in a good mood, there are wild mountains singing.

The picked tea leaves are in the hands of tea makers, who have decades of rich tea-making experience and perfect technology. They know which ones are suitable for making tea and which ones can only be eliminated. They control quality problems with their own hands.

1. Tea is green.

Without manual operation, we choose to spread it naturally, so that it is not easy to destroy its green components, and use sunlight to evaporate part of the water in fresh leaves to ensure its quality and facilitate the next process.

Adopt scientific methods, standardize and unify production, and use a fixing carding machine to ensure the consistency of tea quality. It should be noted that traditional firewood is used here, instead of machine diesel in most factories.

4. Titian

Put the sun-dried tea leaves in an environment of about 80-90 degrees Celsius to extract the aroma contained in the tea leaves.

I have to say that we only pick it once a year, because white tea only germinates around Tomb-Sweeping Day, and it takes half a month to turn white. At this time, the amino acid content is the highest, so it is precious.

We have always followed the concept of "three-point mining and seven-point management". So the rest of the time is reserved for field management to ensure the quality of tea in the coming year.

The amino acid content of Tianzhifu white tea is 6.25%-9%, which is more than twice that of ordinary tea, and the content of tea polyphenols is 10.7%, which is half that of ordinary tea. It is shaped like a phoenix feather, and its color is like jade frost. Because there is not much theophylline in spring tea, the brewed tea is sweet, fragrant, fresh and mellow, and the soup is light yellow and bright. That's why we don't make autumn tea. We pick it once a year with the spirit of artisans to lock the taste of tea.

Since it is called a farm, there are of course other parts besides tea.

Besides growing tea, we also have a big orchard. There are 300 mu of fruit base in the park, including high-standard rainproof vineyards 100 mu and bayberry intercropping 200 mu. In the season when fruits are ripe, you can taste all the delicious foods in the world without going to the fruit market and coming to Tianfu Ecological Park.

May cherry, delicate red, sweet and sour;

Loquat in June tastes unique, soft and juicy. Myrica rubra is moderately sweet and sour, and plums are exquisite;

July pear, delicious and juicy, sweet and sour; Grapes are strung together, sweet and sour;

August yellow peach, soft and hard, fragrant;

Strawberries in December make your mouth water.

There are dazzling 150 mu of high-grade flower seedlings, including Taxus chinensis, Podocarpus, Osmanthus fragrans, Photinia rubra (original species), Cinnamomum camphora, Ginkgo biloba, Zelkova schneideriana, Lagerstroemia indica and so on. When it is spring or summer in Qiu Lai, there are mountains and colorful scenery everywhere, so you can ride a bike.

This is the life I yearn for. There are wild cranes in the mountains, drinking by the lake in the morning, green mountains, fresh air flowing, and all kinds of fruits and poultry flying all over the sky.
