The Zhongshan City Urban and Rural Planning Bureau issued a notice stating that the building area must reach a certain percentage before it can be transferred.

If the total development investment reaches more than 25%, or the registered area of ????the house is greater than 25% of the overall reported construction area or the maximum buildable area, the transfer procedures can be completed.

The transferee must clearly know that the land and housing uses of the real estate are inconsistent, and promise to develop and construct the land according to the land use after transfer registration and meet the development investment progress requirement of more than 25% before it can be transferred again.

Zhongshan, known as Xiangshan in ancient times, is the hometown of Dr. Sun Yat-sen. It is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Guangdong Province. It is located at the lower reaches of the West and Beijiang Rivers in the south-central part of the Pearl River Delta. It borders Nansha District of Guangzhou City and Shunde District of Foshan City to the north, Jiangmen City, Xinhui District and Doumen District of Zhuhai City to the west, and connects to the southeast Zhuhai City faces Shenzhen City and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region across the Lingding Ocean from the Pearl River Estuary to the east.
