I. Job Description:

Be responsible to the general manager, implement fire safety laws and regulations, be responsible for public security and fire management in the hotel area, formulate various safety operation systems and emergency plans according to the actual situation of the hotel, handle safety accidents, investigate potential safety hazards, and actively cooperate with the public security organs.

Second, the job responsibilities:

1. Implement national laws, decrees, regulations, rules, principles and policies related to safety.

2. Be responsible for making annual fire safety work plan and organizing the implementation of daily fire safety management.

3. Be responsible for drawing up the capital investment and organizational guarantee scheme for fire safety work.

4. Be responsible for formulating the safety system and preventive measures of all departments of the hotel.

5. Organize the implementation of fire inspection and fire hazard rectification.

6. Organize and implement the maintenance of fire control, monitoring facilities, fire extinguishing equipment and fire safety signs, so as to ensure that they are in good condition and effective, and that evacuation passages and safety exits are unblocked.

7. Be responsible for drafting the responsibilities of each post in the department, regularly conduct business training and performance appraisal for subordinates, and improve team quality.

8. Organize and manage the full-time fire brigade and voluntary fire brigade of the hotel.

9. Organize employees to publicize, educate and train fire fighting knowledge and skills, and organize fire fighting and emergency evacuation drills on a regular basis.

10. Organize the hotel safety committee to regularly check the fire control, food safety and engineering safety of the hotel, sum up the existing problems, determine the rectification measures and rectification period in time, and supervise the implementation of the rectification.
