Questions to ask when interviewing hotel receptionist.

I work as a receptionist in a hotel. Generally speaking, this is the most basic greeting, followed by:

1. What kind of room does the guest want?

2. Do you have an appointment and through which channel?

3. Introduction of house price and room type

4. Breakfast problem

5. Answer foreign guests' phone calls and answer their questions.

6. How much is it, how to settle the bill, cash or credit card?

These are the most basic ~ ~
