Stewed celery with pepper oil

Ingredients: 400g celery, 8g pepper oil, vinegar, salt and monosodium glutamate.

Ingredients: 200g celery, 50g peeled ginkgo, salt, monosodium glutamate and vegetable oil.

Practice: celery is defoliated, washed and cut into sections; Blanch the ginkgo in a boiling water pot and take it out. Ingredients: 250g celery, 50g cashew nuts, 0/00g purple cabbage/kloc-,vegetable oil and salt.

Practice: wash celery, cut it into sections obliquely, blanch it in boiling water for about 1 min, take it out and drain it; Wash and shred purple cabbage; Blanch cashews in boiling water, remove and drain. Heat oil in a pan, add cashews, fry until golden brown, remove, put in a plate, and mix well with a little salt while it is hot. Leave the bottom oil in the pot and heat it to 60% heat. Add celery and salt and stir-fry for about half a minute. Push celery to the pot, add purple cabbage and salt and stir-fry for about half a minute. Pour in cashews and stir-fry with celery and purple cabbage.
