Anchang Ancient Town is one of the four ancient towns in Shaoxing, and it is the most authentic ancient town in Shaoxing. Anchang is not big, and it can be visited in almost two hours. Compared with other ancient towns, Anchang is not so commercialized, even a little rustic, but it is the simplest Anchang ancient town.

The streets are littered with deep curtilage courtyards, especially the wedding custom museum, Shi Ye Pavilion and Coin Museum. It is enough for tourists to immerse themselves in the customs of Deepwater Town.

It is said that more than ten thousand touts have gone out from here in 200 years. Nowadays, there are many former residences of touts scattered on both sides of the river. Relying on Lou Xintian's former residence, Shi Ye Pavilion shows the special social group "Shao Zhu", the special political and cultural phenomenon in the late feudal history of China and its profound origin in Anchang.

The two bridges next to the former site of China Bank are very distinctive. They crossed the river and formed a figure of eight. Although there is no connection, it is also very interesting. Entering the bank is a big counter. There are some books, lamps, abacus and electric fans on several tables in the counter.
